What people most know me for is I'am an expert when it comes to eczema and in human detoxification. I have studied Skin Science and Skin Biology  however after realising the western medical system had nothing more to offer me but repeat scripts. *What is moisturiser Withdrawel?

The practice of using less moisturising creams, starting to wean down off them as much as possible to give your skin a break from the many chemicals you may be putting onto it daily. Did you know what you feed your skin/put on your skin ends up in your insides and in your blood stream? 

The more moisturiser you put on your skin the more your body thinks that it doesn't have to produce its own oils therefore relying more and more heavily on the moisturiser- to do what your skin should naturally be doing.
