ECZEMA BATH RECIPE

How I use my Dottera Lavender Essential oil to treat eczema.

I add;

*Run a warm bath of water & add..

*3 to 4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil

*3 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil

*1 -2 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

*3 Big hand fulls of Himalayan Pink Salt

*4 Cap fulls of extra virgin organic olive oil

*2 Tablespoons of Bicarb Soda

I recommend to start with having 1-2 baths per week using one essential oil at a time to trial. Then once you know your skin for example is all good with the Lavender, adding in some tea tree and then the Frankincense all together.

MY INCREDIBLE- ECZEMA OIL BLEND

You will need; 1 glass dropper bottle

*Fill 3/4 Full with Rice Bran Oil

*Fill last quarter with Jojoba Oil

*2 Drops Lavender Essential Oil

*2 Drops Tea Tree Essential Oil

*2 Drops Frankincense Essential Oil

Many other brands of Essential Oils on the market are not recommended for topical application or ingestion. This is because the cheaper synthetic versions can be very irritating to the skin and do more harm than good because they aren't the real deal and are just much cheaper versions which can be harmful to the skin.
