Air Humidifier
If you have or have had eczema in the past you know how uncomfortable and isolating this condition can be. When your skin becomes dry, itchy and inflamed, it might even seem as though nothing can calm it.
You've probably already tried so many creams, lotions, and prescriptions, but have you considered using a humidifier for eczema?
The humidifier takes the liquid water you pour into the tank and turns it into water vapour. Then it emits this vapor into the air via the nozzle on your device. This action causes the humidity levels in your home to increase.
Most experts agree that humidity levels between 40% and 60% are ideal and the most comfortable for our homes. This is also the best humidity range levels for our skin. If yours drop below that threshold, it can strip your skin of the valuable moisture it needs to defend itself against an eczema outbreak.
If your levels are too high, they can encourage the growth of dangerous mould and bacteria. Which can cause your room to feel damp and moist, which could also aggravate eczema symptoms.
Not sure where your levels stand? A handy hygrometer you can purchase from Bunnings can measure them for you in an instant and is easy to find at any major hardware store.
If you suffer from eczema, consider running a humidifier from your home office or any room in your home where you spend a lot of time. This can help your skin to stay moisturised on its own without having to use so many different creams all the time, so that you can defend it against having an outbreak.
You could repetitively apply a lot of moisturiser to your skin through out the day, (which I actually do not even recommend at all, for a number of reasons.) Otherwise the sustained, consistent moisture provided by a humidifier that is constantly churning for hours while you sleep can deliver more effective relief. As I always say its best to treat the root cause of the eczema not just mask its symptoms.
Benefits-
*Puts sustained, consistent moisture back into the air.
*Combats against dry and itchy skin.
*Aids in preventing infections and provides allergy relief.
*The level of brightness can be adjusted or select your desired night light colour with its 7-colour LED light to give you soothing hues all through the day or night.
*With its light wood grain design, this diffuser actually performs four functions in one device: humidifier, purifier, night light and aromatherapy.
*It uses electronic frequencies to create vibration in the water. The resulting mist is then carried to the top where it absorbs the essential oils to purify the air and remove unwanted odours.
*Experience a scented aroma to calm and revitalise the senses.
*Great decor as this piece will look good in any room.
